Schedule changes due to ongoing weather events
We are currently operating on an alternative schedule (see below).
We will do our best to get to everyone, but keep in mind that it’s possible that some roads may still be inaccessible throughout the week.
We will continue to assess conditions day-by-day and update with any further changes to the schedule.

Please use the address lookup feature before calling - we are dealing with a very high volume of inquiries. It will show your next pickup date for any address.
If you already know your route, please click the corresponding button to download a PDF of your schedule. Your route can be found in your original welcome email from us. If you do not know what route you are on, contact us and we will send you the correct schedule.
NOTE: Most of Morganton is on Week 2 however there are some addresses on Week 1. If you are unsure, please contact us.
